Sunday Scribbles Writing Prompts.

Sunday Scribbles Writing Prompts:

Sunday Scribbles is the weekly hashtag game I host on Twitter. Prompts are posted each Saturday at 12.45 PM (GMT), and any writer can share lines from stories, or poetry, on Sunday under the hashtag #sunscribblesThe prompts are single words designed to spark ideas. Lines shared don’t have to include the word, but they must be related to the prompt.

Anyone can play, so if a prompt takes your fancy give it a go. If you write a short story on your blog, share the link under the hashtag on Twitter too. I love seeing what you all come up with 🙂 No buy links though. These prompts are for fun!

In 2019 I hope to share more expanded prompts on Pinterest and Instagram. I’ll also continue to write short stories, but one or two a month rather than weekly: Sunday Scribbles Stories. Some are related to my works in progress, others are random one offs. I’ll probably edit the older stories at some point too, as I’ve learned a lot since I wrote them!

Weekly hashtag game on Twitter. Sharing of lines and short stories written around the prompts encouraged. No buy links.

I look forward to developing a community where we can share our writing together, and hopefully gain some constructive feedback from each other too!
